I see these lists posted all the time, but this one actually offers practical advice and encourages a real examination of finances and a buyer’s ability to financially accommodate real life changes. I’m thinking this means we’ve learned something from the latest crisis. Sure, it’s not as fun as shopping for the biggest, baddest house you can lay your hands on, but neither is eating ramen noodles every day for the rest of your life.

My favorite local mod store has moved into a more prominent spot in the Heights, taking over the failed Terraces of Meadowbrook leasing space. You’ll find lots of goodies there. I currently have my eye on a very cool highchair for my very hip baby.
